Refunds, Returns and Exchanges.
We accept returns for refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving shipment. All returns must be authorized by Walking Art Jewelry before shipping, and return shipment must be paid for by the customer. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 7 days. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed.
To expedite an exchange for a different product, reach out to us at rae@walkingartjewelry.com for more information. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or email us immediately at rae@walkingartjewelry.com. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order. Walking Art Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
All engraved rings may be returned for credit, however, a repolishing fee of $25 will apply. Removal of engraving from any exchanged or resized ring is free, with no additional engraving fee.
Custom, Sale or Bespoke orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cancel Or Change An Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order please email us at rae@walkingartjewelry.com . We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.

6 Month Warranty: Walking Art Jewelry provides a 6-month warranty on specific repair services for your custom jewelry. This warranty covers the following services free of charge within 6 months from the date of purchase:
Ring Resizing: We will resize your ring to ensure a perfect fit according to your request.
Stone Tightening: We will tighten any loose stones on your jewelry to ensure they are secure.
Lifetime Warranty: For the lifetime of your jewelry, Walking Art Jewelry offers the following repair and maintenance services under warranty:
Refinishing and Polishing: We will refinish and polish your jewelry to restore its original luster and brilliance.
Inspection and Cleaning: We will inspect your jewelry and provide a professional cleaning to keep it looking its best.
Terms and Conditions:
Coverage Period: The 6-month warranty begins from the date of purchase for ring resizing and stone tightening services. The lifetime warranty covers refinishing, polishing, inspection, and cleaning for the duration of original ownership.
Conditions of Warranty: This warranty covers defects in workmanship related to the specified repair services. It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Claim Process: To claim warranty services, please contact Walking Art Jewelry directly. You may be required to provide proof of purchase.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover loss or damage to gemstones or other components not directly related to the specified repair services.
Voiding of Warranty: Any unauthorized repair or modification performed by a third party will void this warranty.
